The chocolates themselves were fine, no real complaints there. But dealing with support made the whole order more annoying than it needed to be. I had to wait for a reply, and when they finally got back to me, the answer didn’t really solve the issue. It kind of left me feeling like they were more focused on keeping the sale than actually helping once they had my money.

I used Cacao & Cardamom for a small corporate gift order, i don’t think I’d do it again. I’m not the most patient person when it comes to waiting around for updates, and the slow replies really got on my nerves. The timing never felt totally clear, so I was left stressing and checking in when I should’ve been able to just trust it was handled. The chocolates themselves were fine, but the whole process made me look unorganized with my team, which was frustrating

"The chocolates looked nice when…"
The chocolates looked nice when they arrived, but like I said, the whole order felt a bit overpriced for what I actually got. Shipping took longer than I expected too, and one of the boxes was a little messy inside. The taste was okay, like i said, not bad or anything, just not good enough to make me want to order again.

I don’t know, maybe it’s just me, but the site didn’t feel very clean or easy to look through. A few pages seemed kind of crowded, and the product photos didn’t line up nicely, which made everything feel a bit distracting. I was trying to focus on what I wanted to buy, but I ended up getting frustrated and leaving quickly.

"Pickup Took Way Too Long"
I waited way longer than expected for my order, and it still wasn’t ready when I got there. I had my confirmation email and receipt pulled up, but the whole pickup process was just frustrating and kind of a hassle...

"Nice gift, but I expected a bit more"
I got these as a birthday gift they made a great first impression. The packaging looked really nice and made it feel a little more special than your average treat. The taste was good too, so no complaints there. I think I just expected there to be a bit more for the price, so there was a small gap between how premium it looked and how much you actually get. Still, it was a thoughtful gift and I enjoyed them.

I ordered some chocolates as a gift, but the shipping was so slow. The tracking updates was barely changing, so I had no idea where it was most of the time. By the time the package finally arrived, the occasion had already passed, which was frustrating

The chocolates tasted fine, but I was disappointed when the box arrived a bit crushed and everything had shifted around inside. I bought these thinking they’d be nice to give as a gift, but it didn’t look very giftable by the time it got here. Nothing was completely ruined, but for what they cost, I really expected the packaging and shipping to feel more careful. Kind of a letdown for the price.

I don’t know if the recipe changed or if I just got a bad batch, but the chocolate tasted kind of weird and way too bitter for me. It really didn’t taste like what I expected, so I don’t see myself buying it again.

"Smaller than I expected"
I ordered this thinking the pieces would be a more normal size, but they were much smaller than I was expecting. They did look nice, and the chocolate itself seemed fine, but it’s basically one or two bites and it’s gone. For the price, I just don’t really think it was worth it. Maybe some people wouldn’t mind the smaller portions, but I felt a little ripped off. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they made the pieces bigger...

"I kind of knew things weren’t going to…"
I kind of knew things weren’t going to go smoothly when it took them days just to reply. My gut was already telling me the delivery issue wasn’t going to get sorted properly, it didn’t. The delivery was messed up, and even after waiting around for a response, they still didn’t fix it.

I was excited to try the seasonal box, but it ended up being a bit of a letdown. The pumpkin flavors tasted sorta stale to me, and everything was a little too sweet for my taste

"Melted Chocolate"
I was really looking forward to this chocolate, but it showed up melted, melted all the way through. Disappointing because it was basically a mess by the time I opened it.

I was let down by the customization options. There were barely any real choices, so it mostly felt like I was stuck picking from presets. What made it more confusing was that the email made it sound like there would be more flexibility, but once I got in there, it was a totally different experience

"Wish There Were More Flavor Options"
I really wanted to love this place, especially since it’s a chocolate shop, but I was expecting a lot more variety. The flavors they had felt a little limited and kind of similar to each other, so nothing really stood out to me or made me feel excited to order again. Maybe I just caught them on an off day, but I kept wondering if I was missing something because I expected more fun or unique choices

I was hoping for clearer instructions on how to prepare or use it, because the texture came out grainy for me. Not terrible, but definitely not as smooth as I expected.

"Allergen info felt too vague"
I was ready to order a box, but the allergen info wasn’t clear enough. I’ve got nut and dairy allergies, so I need exact ingredients and cross-contact details before buying. Maybe I missed it, but I got nervous and backed out. For fancy chocolates, that info should be easier to find.

"Checkout was such a hassle"
I was just trying to buy a box of chocolates, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my card info. I refreshed twice, and somehow my whole cart disappeared with no clear error message or simple way to get back to where I was.
it made me uneasy about whether my payment went through or not. I ended up giving up and ordering from another site, and if this is how checkout is going to be, I’ll probably just shop somewhere else next time too.
